I hereby authorise Pegasus Couriers Scotland LTD to make the above deductions from monies owed to me for the services provided. I understand and agree I am responsible for making the payments outlined above. I understand that the amount may vary regarding van damages, when I am provided the damage invoice after repairs. I own the right to terminate this agreement if an invoice is not provided to me upon completion of repairs. Any monies owed to me in the event of my overpayment will be returned promptly.

I authorise Pegasus Couriers Scotland LTD to hold any monies owed from my last invoice, for any outstanding amounts owed, regardless if my termination was or was not voluntary.
